(Studio) Supreme Court Justice Thurgood Marshall's grant of stay until Friday in case of "New York Times" reporter Myron Farber's contempt case reported USSR court orders to 2 United States reporters to appear in Moscow court on Thursday, with regard to their earlier reports and refusal to print retractions, stated. "New York Times" reporter Craig Whitney's plans not to appear noted; "Baltimore Sun" reporter Hal Piper reported to be in US.
