(NYC) Judge Theodore Trautwein comments on "New York Times"' conduct in Farber case, involving reporter's notes on hospital murders for which Dr. Mario Jascalevich is now on trial, reported Presence in court of Jascalevich and wife noted. ["Times" spokesperson Sydney GRUSON - denies chgs. that "Times" sanitized papers submitted to court] Fines amassed against "Times" stated; strike against New York Times Company mentioned.
