(Studio) House Ethics Committee breakthru in S Korean influence probe reported.

(DC) Ethics Committee special prosecutor Leon Jaworski's resignation reported His refusal to make deal with South Koreans with regard to testimony by former ambassador Kim Dong Jo noted. Committee chairperson John Flynt's announcement of such deal with South Korea stated. [FLYNT - announces Committee decision to accept South Korean offer; details process.] [JAWORSKI - responds to Committee plans.] Sources' reports that South Korea became angry with regard to Jaworski's efforts to get House approval for fund cuts to S- Korea cited.
