(DC) Details given of defense appropriations bill, include Representative Robert Dornan's amendment banning government funds' use in abortions for military women and wives and dependents of military men except in cases endangering woman's life. [DORNAN states opposition to any form of elective surgery being performed with defense money.] [Representative Elizabeth HOLTZMAN - states opposition to amendment.] Senator's more liberal attitude toward abortion than House noted.
