(DC) FTC (Federal Trade Commission) gives deodorant industry 60 days to substantiate claims. Those involved are: Right Guard, Arid Extra Dry, Ban Roll-On, Dry Formula Secret, Body All, Mitchum's, English Leather Plus, and Certain Dry. [Acting Director Consumer Protection Bureau, Joan BERSTEIN - says substantiation to make consumer aware of product to make own decision.]
