(Studio) Exiled Iran opposition leader Ayatollah Khomeini's statement that he has almost completed formation of opposition government for Iran noted. US reaction to statement reported by correspondent Marvin Kalb.

(Paris, France) Khomeini's remarks during interview inhouse near Paris stated. [MAN - asks if religious leader has estimate of how long before Iran is Islamic state.] [KHOMEINI - (thru interpreter) says few days.] His indications that political opposition leader Karim Sanjabi would be in government noted. Khomeini's other comments reported.

[BEHESHTI - says Shah's management of Iran appears wrong in all areas.] Same groups now opposing Shah reported to have been those that briefly drove him out in 1950's, only to have CIA put him back in power.
