(Studio) Canada's move to recover some expenses created by crash landing of Soviet spy satellite in January, 1978, reported.

(Ottawa, Canada) Soviet ambassador to Canada said called in to pick up bill for joint US-Canadian recovery operation called Operation Morning Light. Films of recovery efforts in Northwest Territories shown. Photos shown. Sovs.' refusal to accept financial responsibility for satellite recovery stated. United States space problems with Skylab mentioned; artist's conception shown. Canada reported expected to ask United Nations to demand that big powers fully disclose to rest of world what vehicles are in space and results of craft dropping to earth.
