(DC) [Attorney Gary GREENBERG - says can't agree with legal justification for delay of Mississippi integration. President and Attorney General must uphold law.] [Assistant Attorney General Jerris LEONARD - says all in Justice Department must abide by Attorney General's stand. Shouldn't take point in cases where there's a conflict.] Leonard forbids any talk to reporters about Div.'s policy.
