(Studio) Court clarification of stand with regard to abortion reported.

(DC) Film of woman having abortion shown. Report concerns doctors' obligations to save life of fetus. Film of 3-month fetus, by Dr. John Marlow, shown. Pennsylvania law requiring doctor to attempt to save life of fetus noted. Court ruling that law is unconstitutionally vague reported Harry Blackmun quoted. [Dr. John FRANKLIN - is pleased with court ruling.] [National Right to Life Committee Dr. W.F. COLLITON - does not favor abortions.] Significance of ruling to doctors assessed.
