REPORTER: Morton Dean
(Natick, Massachusetts) Stated that there are many fish in sea but only a few kinds are eaten by man. [Army Research Lab Dr. John KAPSALIS - says American consumer is acquainted with a very limited number of fish species.] Govt. desires to increase food supplies with less popular fish species cited. Names of fish said one cause for their being unpopular in mktplace.
