(Tempe, Arizona) Kevin Rutledge's claim that Arizona State Coach Frank Kush struck him cited. KOOL-TV newstape of Kush striking helmet of players shown. [Coach Frank KUSH - denies he punched Rutledge.] Stated that Athletic Director Dr. Fred Miller did not believe Kush Harry Rosenzweig of Sun Angels Fndn. said to support Kush. [ROSENZWEIG - threatens to withdraw Sun Angel Fndn. money from ASU.] Kush's replacement, Bob Owens, said to have received death threats. NCAA investigation said requested by university pres., John Schwada. State of Arizona said also investigating situation.
