(DC) Secretary of State Cyrus Vance said arranging West European trip in addition to NATO (North Atlantic Treaty Organization) meeting in Brussels to try to coordinate approach to Iranian crisis, include possibility of united diplomatic and economy action; details given. Vance's discussion of situation with USSR ambassador Anatoly Dobrynin, prior to Dobrynin's sudden return to Moscow for consultation, reported; details given with regard to "Pravda" commentary.
