(Studio) Report on west coast residents' battle with bureaucracy.

(Malibu, California) Motorists' concern about potential that 100 ton rock will fall onto Pacific Coast highway and Hollywood movie product Robert Radnitz' concern that it might hit his house noted. Authorities' assurances about safety factors reported [RADNITZ - says it's question of human life and there is so much bureaucracy to go thru.] State's initial attempts to move rock said unsuccessful.
