[BYRNE - comments.] [Committee member Edward QUIGLEY - says if Byrne wants his support, she'll have to come to him and to committee ] [Committee member George DUNNE - thinks they learned lesson - that real power stems from people.] Byrne's background as part of Daley machine, as commissioner under late Mayor Richard Daley and her firing by Bilandic outlined. Films and campaign ads for Byrne shown, as well as film of Bilandic's concession on Tuesday night. [BILANDIC - comments.] Republican primary winner Wallace Johnson said possibly last night's biggest winner, if Democrat power bosses decide to sacrifice Byrne's election in order to regroup over next 4 years
