(Atlanta, Georgia) Details given with regard to radioactive slag containing radon gas sold by Tennessee Valley Authority (TVA) and used in manufacturer of concrete blocks for construction. Alabama health department discovery of radioactive schools and homes cited. [Homeowner Peggy MOBLEY - comments.] Environmental Protection Agency statement with regard to prolonged exposure to radon gas and link with lung cancer noted. [TVA spokesperson Mike BUTLER - comments.] Results of preliminary study said expected in June.
