(Americus, Georgia) Presence of Billy Carter in Sumter Cnty. Hospital for past week noted-to be for treatment of exhaustion and bronchitis, accding. to his physician, Dr. Paul Brown. Billy Carter shown. President Carter's statement with regard to brother's health disputed. [BROWN - comments.] [Billy CARTER - comments.] Release next week of B. Carter anticipated.
