(Studio) Senator votes 67-15 cut all bombing funds for Cambodia or any other US involvement in Indochina. Henry Kissinger speaks to Senator and House separately to ward off bombing funds halt.

(Capitol Hill) [Senator Hugh SCOTT - says Kissinger's speech not to stop Senator action on bombing halt.] [Senator Jacob JAVITS - calls Kissinger persuasive but not persuaded to go along with him.] [Senator Thomas EAGLETON - reports more persuaded than before to stop bombing.] [In later speech, KISSINGER - says cease-fire agreement to strengthen chances for Cambodia cease-fire.] Time for negotiations between President, Kissinger and Congress almost over. Feeling too negative not to stop bombing.
