(Portland, OR) Publication of article, "I Was Idi Amin's Basketball Czar," by former CIA agent Jay Mullen detailed. Mullen and magazine's consent to remove other phrases upon request by CIA noted; reasons for refusing to remove 16 more words given. [Edward Tom BATES - explains why he can't reveal the 16 words.] Distribution of magazine on Monday, and preparations for CIA screening of part 2 of article noted.
