(Studio) Three Mile Island nuclear plant accident said still not over.

(Middletown, Pennsylvania) Plant reported almost to cold shutdown. [NRC spokesperson James HANCHETT - speaks about current situation at the plant.] [PEOPLE - comment on fears created by accident.] Bills in Pennsylvania legislature to halt construction of new nuclear plants and to prevent reopening of Three Mile Is plant noted.
