Martin Waukazo's difficulties with law since Vietnam outlined. [WAUKAZO - is more fascinated by weapons since war.] Similar situation of veteran Terry Hill stated. [HILL - comments on Vietnam.] President Carter's order to Law Enforcement Assistance Agency with regard to number of Vietnam vets. in prison reported; survey said still not underway. Results given of independent study with regard to imprisoned Vietnam vets.
