(DC) President adviser Robert Lipshutz reported returning to Georgia to be trustee of Carter's blind trust and to direct efforts of committee establishing Jimmy Carter Library in Plains, Georgia; White House photograph shown. Hamilton Jordan quoted Tim Kraft said becoming director of Carter-Mondale reelec. committee ; ntl. campaign chairperson Evan Dobelle reported shifting efforts to fundraising. Additional responsibilities given Sarah Weddington outlined; Jordan quoted with regard to future changes. Films shown.
