(Studio) Boston meeting of Energy Secretary Charles Duncan and northe. govs. reported at Duncan's request.

(Boston, Massachusetts) Heating oil supplies for this winter said primary point of discussion at meeting [DUNCAN - says northe. will not have heating oil problems in coming winter.] Concern among govs with regard to possible hoarding of heating oil by oil companies cited. [Governor Brendan BYRNE - comments.] Duncan's tour of energy-saving homes, include that of Dorothy Robinson, reported, shown. [ROBINSON - comments.] Duncan reported touring South and Midwest before winter.
