(DC) Only agreement apparently reached between Vance and Dobrynin said to be to meet again tomorrow. [State Department spokesperson Hodding CARTER - comments on purpose of meeting] Vance and CIA director Stansfield Turner reported briefing Senator John Stennis' committee on situation. [Senator Roger JEPSEN - discusses mtg. with Vance.] United States presence at Guantanamo considered.
