[High Adventure Ministry spokesperson George OTIS - comments on imminent return of messiah; sophistication of radio setup.] Background on "Voice of Hope" given, include grand opening attended by Israeli, US, United Nations troops, with PLO (Palestine Liberation Organization) assumed observing across border. Major Saad Haddad, leader of Christian militia, noted delivering occasional message. State Department's reasons for trying to discourage venture stated. [OTIS - says color television is coming to Free Lebanon.]
