(Yosemite National Park) Skydiving off El Capitan in Yosemite National Park featured; amateur films shown. [Voice of Michael SHEERIN and Jim WINKLER - describe experience.] David Blotell's jump discussed, shown. [Ranger Bill WENDT - says they're trying to keep Yosemite Valley from turning into circus.] Yosemite authorities said making restricted arrangement with hang gliders but not yet with skydivers; arrest of 3 skydivers for illegal jumps reported [SHEERIN - comments.] Lack of sufficient park officials to prevent this type abuse noted.
