(Studio) Argentine President Hector Campora resigns to make room for Juan Peron as new leader Peron picked Campora as president and carefully made plans to return himself to power.

(Argentina) Peron formed tough dictatorship when in power in 1946. Ousted in 1955, civil war preceded event and Peron exiled until last year In March, 1973, Peron paved way for election of Hector Campora and Peron's return to Argentina and power. Peron met with support and opposition within own faction on return. To take over leadership held by Campora.
