(Studio) Nixon administration officially announces Phase IV economic plan tomorrow. Treasury Secretary George Shultz announces intent after meeting with President.

(Bethesda Naval Hospital, MD) Final orders given by President on Phase IV. Shultz along with aides Melvin Laird and Bryce Harlow meet with President but no comments on Phase IV. Other President' visitors include V. page Spiro Agnew. Agnew presides over cabinet meeting on Phase IV tomorrow. Senators Hugh Scott and Mike Mansfield visit President also. phase IV probably discussed.
