(DC) Ecologists' opposition to system reported Their appeal to Ronald Reagan to kill project noted. [National Audubon Soc. Rupert CUTLER - calls project ill-advised.] Yesterday's news conference of Air Force officials reported in support of system. [Air Force Undersecretary Antonia Handler CHAYES - believes impact not so great.] Ronald Reagan said expected to call for review of whole system.
