(Studio) FBI agents kill young Black Muslim after he resisted arrest on deserting Army. FBI admits wrong man killed.

(Baton Rouge, LA) Agents had come to arrest Milton Leon Scott as a deserter and killed him. Agents say man they were looking for used Scott's name and is now in San Quentin Prison. Agents call death tragic but justified. [FBI special agent Donald MOORE - says when Scott attacked agents, he was assaulting federal officer. As a recourse, agents shot wrong man.]
