(Tulane Cty., California) Chavez's United Farm Workers picket against Teamster's Union in Central Valley of California. Teamsters hope to represent all West Coast agriculture workers eventually. Police arrest picketing farm workers. [United Farm Workers spokesperson Frank ORTIZ - believes battle to be won by United Farm Workers.] Dispute to continue as long as crops are harvested in California.
