(Chicago, Illinois) Difficulties posed for recruits from striking firefighters noted; films shown. [MAN - comments.] Mayor Jane Byrne's criticism of strikers and union's present leadership quoted. [Courtesy WMAQ, voice of BYRNE - says she won't negotiate with irresponsible men.] Mayor said making recruits permanent employees. [Union president Frank MUSCooperative for American Relief Everywhere - comments.] Fire-related fatalities today reported.
