(Denver, Colorado) Monfort feed lot operation works on full schedule although operation could make more if freeze-was lifted. [President Ken MONFORT - believes cattlemen aren't entirely wrong to hold back beef. Monfort thinks restaurants and retailers must be supplied now because so many black market activities are taking place.] Consumer to pay 10-20% more when freeze lifted in September
