(Studio) City workers' strike said continuing in Youngstown, Ohio. Unions said ordered back to bargaining table by courts. Youngstown said caught between inflation and shrinking tax base.

(Youngstown, Ohio) [Police officer Eileen BRADFORD - says city always maintains they don't have money.] [Youngstown Mayor George VUKOVICH - speaks with regard to loss of revenue from shrinking steel industry] 2 of best 3 steel plants said closed since Christmas. Unempl. in area noted. [Police clerk Lillian HAFELY, police ofr. Don LEHNER and firefighter Jim D'SIDOCKY - comment.] Court order that city and union continue to negotiate noted.
