(Logansport, IN) Release of Leonard Smith and questions his release raises examined; films shown. [Cnty. prosecutor Jack CRAWFORD - comments on Smith.] Bostock's murder recalled; films shown. Smith's ex-wife Barbara noted with Bostock at time of his death; jury's acquittal of Smith by reason of insanity, his stay at Logansport State Hospital and psychiatrist's assessment of Smith as sane outlined. [Hospital official Ann HANSEN - comments.] Reaction by Bostock's relatives to Smith's release reported [Thomas TURNER, Beatrice BUFORD - comment.] New IN law pertaining to such cases noted.
