(DC) Billy Carter reported having talked to National Security Adviser Zbigniew Brzezinski with regard to his relationship to Libyans. Brzezinski said to have sent Billy Carter to see White House cnsl. Lloyd Cutler, who advised him to get lawyer. Details of events with regard to case against Billy Carter given.
