(Ankara, Turkey) Daytime curfew in Ankara said lifted. Pol. situation detailed. Prime minister Suleiman Demirel, opposition leader Bulent Ecevit and Islamic leader Necmettin Erbakan said being held by new government Ruling National Security Council said expected to keep country in NATO.
