(San Francisco, California) Cable cars declared national monument and celebrate 100th yr. Popular tourist attraction. Cable cars cause traffic jams, accidents. Conductor tells reporter it's not dangerous to ride cable car. Film shows packed cable cars traveling San Francisco's roller coaster streets.
