(Alexandria, LA) Efforts by students and parents to obtain modification of federal judge's court order and their failure to do so examined; film shown. [Fathers Joe CARBO, Billy McNEAL - comment.] Students' response to ruling noted. [Student Ramona CAREO - comments.] Final decision said not being made for several days; fire at school, determined as work of arsonist, said not related to current busing flap.
