(Studio) One of Chicago 8 defendants, Bobby Seale, had to be restrained from attacking Government Attorney. Seale bound and gagged.

(Chicago, Illinois) Prosecution accused Seale of talking to Courtroom supporters about assaulting Fed, Marshals, Seale shouted out, Judge Julius Hoffman warned him if he continued, the other seven might not get bond, Marshal Preston Ross shoved Seale into chair, After continuing outburst, Seale bound and gagged.
