(White House) President meets with Secretary of Housing and Urban Dvt. James Lynn. Yesterday meeting with chairperson of Federal Reserve Bd. Arthur Burns concerned inflation and taxes. Burns hints at changing policy on these issues to House Banking Committee [BURNS - states President seemed sympathetic to government expenditures and may reverse tax policy.] Tax increases may be in wind.
