(Studio) Israeli air attack on Palestinian base in Lebanon, destroying Libyan-operated missiles in the process, reported; Reagan administration's tacit approval noted.

(Damour, Lebanon) Israeli raid on Damour, Lebanon, examined; films shown. Reaction of Palestinians here reported; attack said coinciding with President Reagan's meeting with envoy Philip Habib with regard to Lebanon missile crisis.

(Tel Aviv, Israel) Pol. message sent by attack outlined; Israel said not attacking earlier out of courtesy to Habib. Prime Min. Menahem Begin's warning of continued attacks outlined. [BEGIN - comments on United States approval; notes Syria's lack of interference today.] Possible large-scale terrorist operation if Palestinians retaliate considered. Habib's return to Mideast next week mentioned.
