(Capitol Hill) [Convicted stolen securities dealer Louis MASTRIANA - names Bebe Rebozo and Key Biscayne bank in securities scandal.] [Senator Henry JACKSON - questions Rebozo's knowledge of Mastriana's activities.] [MASTRIANA - says he's unsure but rumors point guilty finger at Rebozo.] Mastriana later links former Miami Beach, Florida, Mayor Elliott Roosevelt to gangland plot to assassinate Bahama Island prime minister William Pindling.
