(Studio) Senate Watergate committee meets with former President cnsl. Charles Colson. Colson's testimony at hearings unlikely.
REPORTER: Howard K. Smith
(Capitol Hill) Colson asks for postponement with regard to committee meeting and requests limited immunity for testimony. [Chairperson Senator Sam ERVIN - states Colson took 5th Amendment under questioning.] [Senator Howard BAKER - believes indictments by grand jury may be imminent; Colson has right to protect himself by 5th Amendment.] If grand jury doesn't indict Colson, he will willingly appear before Watergate committee
