[MAN - says TDU means Too Dumb to Understand.] Arraignment of Williams next week for conspiring to bribe Howard Cannon, United States Senator, noted. Cannon shown. said not named in indictment. Senator Ethics Committee said to investigate Cannon. Committee member quoted with regard to intended actions of Ethics Committee Pre-trial publicity said feared affecting Senator investigation.
