(Phnom Penh, Cambodia) Refugees receive no aid except outside international agencies. [International agency volunteer worker Mrs. Laney BURNELL - explains problems and goals for helping refugees.] Hospitals overflow with patients needing medical care. Swedish doctor Ted Hennessy spends vacation here, teaching 5 inexperienced Cambodian surgeons. [Dr. HENNESSY - expects situation to worsen.] Solutions outlined to improve refugee situation.
