[Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc. publisher relations Bill BRAY - calls it safest hotel in world.] Details of fire recalled; new fire safety system described. [Fire department captain Ralph DINSMAN - praises system.] Las Vegas Hilton fire as well as that at Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc. Grand said spurring new fire safety code. [Cnty. manager Bruce SPAULDING - notes reaction of some owners.] [DINSMAN - comments.] Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer, Inc. Grand reported sold out for opening wkend.
