(Studio) Federal prosecutor and judge in San Antonio, Texas, both involved in investigation of drug smuggling, recalled shot in 1978 and 1979, respectively.

(San Antonio, Texas) Significance of Judge John H. Wood, Junior's murder noted. [FBI director William WEBSTER - considers attack intolerable.] Extent of FBI investigation and possible outcome examined. [Suspect's attorney William RAVKIND - claims FBI knows everything about the case.] Govt.'s problem in getting evidence that will stand up in court examined; alleged involvement of Jimmy Chagra, Joe Chagra and Charles Harrelson discussed. Harrelson's response to situation noted. [HARRELSON - claims he's being used as scapegoat.] Evidence gathered by FBI discussed. [Chagra attorney RAVKIND - notes personal as well as professional relationship between the Chagra bros.; claims government's evidence was obtained illegally.] Govt.'s efforts to break Harrelson noted; possible outcome of case considered.
