[Guard hostage Arthur JAQUES, SR. - reports prisoners promised not to hurt guards.] [Convict Orlando FLAIR - states prisoner uprising planned to get attention from public; no violence intended.] [Prisoner Ronald OSBORNE - insists all prisoners involved in uprising to better inmate life.] Demands to be studied. [Inmate Wayne WEBB - believes officials must give demands consideration or prison to suffer consequences.]
