(Studio) W.A. "Tony" Boyle, former UMW (United Mine Workers of America, International Union) president, charged with murder, indicted by federal grand jury for conspiracy in killing of Joseph Yablonski, wife and daughter. Arrested in DC.

(DC) Boyle arrested by FBI agents, while giving deposition in civil case. Joseph Yablonski, Junior, present. [YABLONSKI, Junior - describes arrest.] Boyle appears before United States magistrate. Bond set, passport surrendered. [BOYLE - is shocked.] 20-day delay granted.

January 9, 1970, film of Yablonski funerals shown; Sam Donaldson interview with Boyle replayed. [BOYLE - denies deaths campaign-related.] Efforts of Sprague to indict Boyle described.
