(Studio) USSR reported now allowed to triple United States grain purchases. President Reagan's announcement considered.

[REAGAN - makes announcement via radio.] [Secretary Agriculture John BLOCK - denies political implications of announcement.] [Grain market analyst Carol BROOKINS - believes it a pol.action.] Reagan remarks with regard to USSR 's lack of acumen reported White House lawn scene shown. Many said believing USSR won't buy United States grain.
